The characteristic points of the Petit Brabancon are the same as those of the Griffon Bruxellois with the difference that this variety is short-haired. The only colours admitted are the reddish brown and black and tan. The black mask is not a fault.
The faults and disqualifications are the same as those of the Griffon Bruxellois.
N.B.: Males should have two apparently normal testicles fully descended into the scrotum.
